PMA Forged AR15 Upper Receiver is an M4 flat top upper receiver which are machined from a Mil-Spec 7075 T6 forging. They are coated with a durable Type III Hardcoat Anodized finish and have M4 feed ramps cut into the receiver to avoid feeding issues.
