The 5.56 nitride BCG from PMA is built to exceed expectations in both performance and reliability. Engineered to Mil-Spec standards, this bolt carrier group is manufactured with an 8620 steel carrier and a 9310 steel bolt, both treated with a durable nitride finish for corrosion resistance and smoother operation. Each BCG is individually inspected, High Pressure Tested (HPT), and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) to ensure long-term dependability.

Mil-Spec Quality and Precision Machining
The gas key is crafted from 4130 steel, secured with Grade 8 fasteners, and properly staked to maintain a secure gas seal. The bolt is CNC machined, shot-peened for added strength, and includes a tool steel extractor with spring and Viton O-ring. A Mil-Spec chrome-coated firing pin, retaining pin, and cam pin complete the assembly for smooth, reliable function under high round counts.
