Shipping Generally
PMA Ships all items via UPS. Smaller items or items intended for locations not serviced by UPS will ship via USPS or Fedex.
NOTE: Customers outside the lower 48 states WILL incur additional shipping charges.
SERIALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Serialized items including complete rifles, pistols, and lowers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Serialized items are subject to our repair policies only.
Before 30 Days* (Refunds, Exchanges, & Repair/Replacement)
Eligible Returns
- Un-used NON-SERIALIZED for REFUND (customer pays a 15% restocking fee).
- Un-used NON-SERIALIZED for EXCHANGE of different Item SKU (Customer pays a 15% restocking fee + shipping cost of new item).
- Un-used NON-SERIALIZED and used for REPAIR/REPLACEMENT warranty covered defect.
Shipping & Fee’s
- PMA pays shipping back to PMA for Repair or Replacement.
- PMA pays shipping back to Customer for defective item.
- Customer pays shipping back to PMA for non-defective Exchange or Refund.
- Customer pays shipping back to customer for non-defective item return (otherwise 15% restocking fee).
- PMA Reimburses FFL Transfer Fee for defective return only.
After 30 Days* (Repair/Replace Only)
Eligible Returns
- Un-Used and used NON-SERIALIZED for REPAIR/REPLACEMENT warranty covered defect.
Shipping & Fee’s
- Customer pays shipping back to PMA.
- Customer pays shipping back to Customer for item.
- Customer pays FFL Transfer Fee’s.
* The 30 day period starts when the new order item leaves the PMA Facility – the initial shipment date.
